Shipping Policy

• For shipments within Greece:

• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• For Cash on Delivery orders or orders up to €30, an additional fee of €5 applies.
  
  

• For shipments within Europe:

• Within Europe, delivery takes 5–7 working days with a shipping cost of €25.
• For orders over €500, shipping is free.
  

• For international orders outside Europe, we provide the following options:

• Postal Delivery: €20–€25, depending on the destination.
  
• Courier Delivery: Costs may vary depending on the destination.

All products are designed and made in greece, with high quality fabrics from the EU.

Withdrawal Right
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within fifteen (15) working days from the date you receive it, as provided at the terms of use but you should inform us by email within a week from the moment you receive your package.

Contractual Withdrawal
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant to the consumer a period of 14 days from delivery confirmation to return the product. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “Arpyes” garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “Arpyes” under the abovementioned conditions. Any return delivery costs shall be borne by the customer and we shall refund the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days in the same way your payment was done.

REPLACEMENT
In case you wish to change size or color in a product you have bought, you need to return such product to the company as further described above without complete a new order. In case you wish to exchange a product with an other product, you need to return such product to the company as further described above and complete a new order while you get your refund as mentioned above.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if the product’s packaging is intact so as to detect any apparent defaults. In case a default is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.
